ENTRY REQUIREMENT

FUPRE currently do not accept Direct Entry or Transfer student.

To be admitted into any of the departments, interested
applicants must apply through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) body and score 180 and above,  having met the minimum 5 credit O'Level required by the department of interest in ONE sitting and must have passed the University Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME).

3 Environmental Sciences

Five credit passes including Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Geography. At least a pass in Physics is mandatory.

Chemistry, Biology and any of physics and Mathematics.

4 Geology

Five credit passes including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Language.

Any three of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology and Geography.

5 Geophysics

Five credit passes including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Language.

Physics and two of Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology.

6 Industrial Chemistry

Five credit passes including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Language.

7 Mathematics

Five credit passes including Mathematics, Physics English Language plus two other science subjects from Further Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology or Agricultural Science. At least a pass in chemistry and Biology is mandatory.
